Themed "Advancing Tech for Public Good," this year's edition introduces the inaugural STACK Expo, where government agencies and technology partners will showcase live demos and product innovations, signaling how far Singapore's digital government ecosystem has come since the conference first launched as a developer-focused gathering.
The conference spans five tracks that map directly to the priorities shaping public-sector technology today. The headline theme — "Unleashing AI autonomy" — examines how government AI is moving past basic chatbots toward autonomous, agentic platforms capable of executing complex, multi-step workflows with minimal human supervision. Other tracks cover data-enabled user experiences (including predictive insights and tell-me-once service design), engineering velocity and intent-driven development, next-generation cloud infrastructure that bakes in governance, and accessible design that strengthens AI safety and cybersecurity alongside digital literacy.
This year's speaker lineup reflects the same ambition. GovTech Chief Technology Officer Chang Sau Sheong will share the stage with Microsoft's Dr Tok Wee Hyong, Elastic co-founder Shay Banon, Thoughtworks CEO Mike Sutcliff, and GitLab co-founder Sid Sijbrandij — alongside executives from Databricks, Cloudflare, and Atlassian DX. Early-bird tickets at S$400 (regular S$600) are available until September 30, with technical workshop passes at S$200 as an add-on.
