Singapore-based Pints AI has raised $5.6 million for its auditable AI platform that plugs into banking core systems, automating underwriting and claims while keeping a full audit trail for every decision. The round was led by Tin Men Capital and SBI Ven Capital.
Singapore-based enterprise AI startup Pints AI has closed a US$5.6 million pre-Series A round to expand its auditable AI platform across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. The company's platform, Autothought, plugs directly into banking and insurance core systems and automates underwriting, claims, and onboarding — all while keeping a full audit trail for every decision.
The round was led by Tin Men Capital with co-lead from SBI Ven Capital, alongside participation from SEEDS, NTUitive, SUTD Venture Fund, and Tenity. In under two years, 12 institutions across four countries have used Autothought to save a combined US$10 million, according to the company.
The broader challenge Pints AI tackles is real. Most AI projects inside financial institutions never make it past the trial stage because regulators demand traceability.
