Temus, the digital transformation firm established by Temasek, announced plans to launch an AI Foundry focusing on enterprise deployment and talent development across financial services and healthcare.

Temasek's digital transformation arm is going all-in on enterprise AI. Temus, the firm established by Singapore's sovereign wealth fund to drive digital transformation, announced at ATxSummit 2026 that it plans to launch an AI Foundry focused on helping enterprises deploy AI at scale.
The initiative will hire 50 professionals across AI and engineering roles, with a particular focus on financial services and healthcare — two sectors where Singapore has deep expertise and where AI deployment faces unique regulatory and operational challenges.
Temus also plans to collaborate with AI Singapore on AI prototypes and enterprise deployment frameworks, creating a pipeline between research capabilities and commercial applications. The AI Foundry model reflects a broader trend in Singapore's ecosystem: sovereign capital-backed entities moving from passive investment to active capability building.
The announcement came alongside a flurry of other enterprise AI initiatives at ATxSummit, but Temus's position — backed by Temasek with direct access to the sovereign fund's portfolio companies — gives it a unique advantage in connecting AI solutions to real enterprise demand across Asia.
Why it matters for Singapore: The AI Foundry model addresses a persistent gap in the ecosystem: the last mile between AI research and enterprise deployment. By combining Temasek's network, Temus's transformation expertise, and AI Singapore's research capabilities, the initiative creates a vertically integrated path from prototype to production.
